Conquer Aerials is a company dedicated to the customer. With over 29 years experience we understand the changes in technology - it can be daunting.
We, at Conquer Aerials, can change that by sitting down with you, with both of you or with the whole family, to go through each section of a Video recorder (PVR, DVD, or VHS), Satellite, TV, or even your HI FI so you get the most out of your equipment. Sometimes just to explain where the aerial plug goes on the TV.
Installation of aerials will be erected with as much care as possible. And the price discussed before work starts.
Our commitment to you is to tell you how it is. Whether you're in a good reception area, if it might change seasonally ( tree, ect) and what might be happening in the future to effect
TUITION : Finally, when we are solving our problem, either me as tuition or as installer will are working for you. We will not rush out of the door to go to another customer, because we're late. We will stay with you until the job is done. Because of this we can't be precise on how long it will take to complete the job. We therefore require a window of 1-2 hours for arriving and departing.
By doing this we are not rust off our feet trying to please everyone, and by doing so pleasing no one.
In some circumstances the job can't be completed the same day. If that is the case we will not take or ask for any money until the job is completed and the customer satisfied with the work.
